The washing cycle takes place in a 3-stage process. The 3 different stages can be identified as follows:

loading and unloading section
main wash section
rinse section

The machine is supplied with:

Crate transport system by means of a nylon chain conveyor frequency controlled
PLC controller
high pressure water pump, 11kW, 3 bar
Sieve filter
Set of spare parts
Max. crate dimensions: 860 x 650 x 300 mm

Optional:

Stainless steel hot water boiler, 15kW (95°C). Depending on the incoming water temperature one (T ≥ 50°C) or two boilers are required.
