The Tape Sealer Mk1 is an entry-level sealing device to close bags with a tape “necklace”. The device has to be installed on a packing table (not included). While it can be used as a standalone solution, with bagging done by hand, it is best used in combination with a semi-automatic bird bagging machine to further increase worker productivity per hour. A whole bird, or cut-up portions, are placed in the bag. The operator twists the end of the bag, runs it through the sealing unit and closes the bag. The sealed bag can then be placed in a crate.
