The Water Chiller from Dutch Poultry Tech is designed to wash and pre-chill eviscerated poultry before further processing steps such as weighing, portioning, and packing. Using a screw-driven system, birds are transported through chilled water, ensuring consistent and controlled cooling throughout the process.

By lowering the core product temperature, the system helps prevent deterioration in meat quality and limits microbial growth. The machine is available in modular sections of 3 and 6 meters, which can be combined to match different production capacities and plant layouts.
