The Straight Unloader from Dutch Poultry Tech is designed to automate the unloading of birds at the end of the evisceration process. Installed directly in-line with the overhead conveyor, the system ensures a smooth and controlled transition from processing to the next stage, eliminating the need for manual handling.

As birds move through the unit, they are automatically pushed out of the shackles by an integrated ejection mechanism. This process is fully synchronized with the overhead conveyor, as the machine is driven by the conveyor itself. This eliminates the need for a separate motor or drive system, simplifying installation, reducing maintenance requirements, and ensuring reliable operation.

Positioned at one of the final stages of the processing line, the Straight Unloader can discharge birds directly into a water chiller using a slide or into collection crates, depending on plant layout and operational preferences. This flexibility allows processors to adapt the system to their specific production setup.

The machine is suitable for small to mid-capacity processing lines, with models available up to 6000 birds per hour. Its design allows easy integration into existing evisceration lines, making it an ideal solution for both new installations and upgrades.

Additional configuration options include left- or right-rotating models and inward or outward ejection systems, enabling further customization. An optional hock or feet cutter can also be added to extend functionality within the same process step.
