The Final Inspection Machine from Dutch Poultry Tech is designed to clean the abdominal cavity of each carcass by removing any remaining lungs and small residual tissues after evisceration. Using a vacuum-powered suction system, the machine ensures that the inside of the bird is thoroughly cleaned, improving hygiene and final product quality.

As birds move through the rotating machine, suction units enter the carcass cavity and activate at the correct position to remove remaining impurities. After the cleaning cycle, the vacuum is released and the units exit the bird smoothly. The system operates automatically and is driven by the overhead conveyor, allowing continuous and efficient processing.
