Cut up and deboning hall in France

Dutch Poultry Tech designed, delivered, and installed a complete poultry cut-up and deboning hall for a customer in France. This compact production setup is optimized for efficient poultry processing, combining high performance with a space-saving layout.

The processing line includes our Circular Cut-Up Machine (CCM), a wing cutter for automatic wing portioning, and a drum & thigh deboner for efficient deboning. By integrating these machines into one complete production line, the customer benefits from a streamlined process with consistent product quality and increased processing efficiency.

This project demonstrates Dutch Poultry Tech’s expertise in supplying complete poultry processing solutions, from cut-up and deboning equipment to fully integrated production lines tailored to customer requirements.

The DTD12 is a compact solution for separating meat from drumsticks and thighs. With 12 units, the machine can debone up to 2400 pieces per hour.

The Wing Portioner is a semi-automatic machine for cutting wings into 2 or 3 pieces. One operator can process up to 50 wings per minute.
